We love trying out new restaurants in town, and have been looking forward to trying the Walrus Bar since we heard and blogged about it several months ago.So when our friends Joni and Anthony wanted to meet up we thought it would be the perfect spot. Tucked away in the back of the old Ballard Hardware Building, it is quite the cool little spot. Covered in white subway tile and with the kitchen and bar open to the dining area, it is a crisp, clean, and modern space. The menu consists of small plates and the oysters were delicious! With the old timey drink menu, we decided to let the bartender make whatever struck her fancy and it sure was fabulous!
So, if you are craving oysters and classic beverages, this is the place for you!
