The rise in popularity, quality and variety in the traveling food truck is apparent in Seattle. And we are really enjoying it!
The newest addition to this fleet of food on wheels is Marination Mobile. Founded in 2009, this truck features Korean and Hawaiian curb cuisine. They serve sliders, tacos, kimchi rice bowls, kimchi quesadillas, and SPAM musubi.
We tried the tacos with pork and the sliders and it was finger licking good! Just enough spice to give it a good kick and great flavor combinations made the dishes unique and delicious. We will be planning a return visit to the truck soon!
It travels around the Seattle area and makes appearances in Capitol Hill, Belltown, SODO, Fremont, Ballard and West Seattle so there really is no excuse not to go. So go!
