This year Marco and Loren will be volunteering at the annual Heart Walk in Seattle October 4th at Qwest Field!
One of the largest Heart Walks in the nation, the Puget Sound Heart Walk is all about celebrating fitness and heart-healthy living.
There is a 5K route and a 1 mile survivor route.
Date and Time:
Saturday 10/4 8:30am to 12:00pm
